I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine and I make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to provide a comfortable experience for all my clients I have the  following policies: 

Cancellation policy

I require a 24-48 hour notice.  This allows for other potential clients or current clients to schedule. Not only do I lose your business but the potential business of other clients when proper notice is not given.  

Late Arrival Policy

Due to time constraints and respect to other patrons, massage sessions start times are important to adhere to.  If you arrive up to 10 minutes late extension of time is not extended, session will end as normal,  and regular price amount of session will be charged.  If it is 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time; session will need to be rescheduled. 

No Show Policy

I understand when things happen that are out of our control.  However, I ask that you call if you cannot keep you appointment.  If you do a no call no show. I will bill you for the session that was missed.
